Sometimes the holidays can get overwhelming. Why not make it a little easier on yourself by having our talented chefs make a Christmas dinner that you can take home and serve your family and guests?

Thanksgiving was a delicious meal, and it freed up time for people to spend with their family.

Isn’t that what the holidays are really about?

Order Christmas Dinner to go by 5 pm December 16, 2022, and simplify your Christmas celebrations. Pick up dates are December 23 & 24, 2022.

Dishes are available cooked and refrigerated with reheating instructions on the container allowing you to heat and enjoy at your leisure. All meals are served family style. Pricing is per person and based off a standard adult size portion.

• Individual charcuterie cups: local charcuterie meats | assorted crackers | cheese variety & fruit

• Duo of Turkey: sous vide white & roasted dark | signature poultry seasoning

• Cherry & pistachio stuffing: garlic croutons | fresh cherry | toasted pistachio | brown stock

• Gravy: brown butter | dark roux | brown turkey stock | herbs

• Mashed Potato: whipped Yukon gold | whole butter | cream

• Winter Veg: roasted root vegetable | crispy Brussel sprouts | fresh herbs | brown butter

• Brioche Rolls: everything seasoned rolls | maple whipped butter

• Salted Caramel Cheesecake: chocolate graham crunch | baked cheesecake | white chocolate Christmas bark

Pricing:

5-7 kg (6-8 ppl) - $250 plus tax

7-9 kg (10-12 ppl) - $325 plus tax

Dinner for two (400 grams of white & dark meat) - $100 plus tax
