But you want to eat better and not indulge in fast food or skip eating completely.
We have a great solution.
Order Meals To Go from the Food Bank and have some healthy, wholesome meals ready to eat when you need them.

We source local and organic ingredients to create delicious meals for you and your family. Delivered from our kitchen to your fridge or freezer, ready for those days when you are pressed for time.
Meals are individual plus family-size - and the price is SO affordable! As low as $12 per individual meal, or $36 for a family-size portion. An individual portion meal is 16 oz., a family size is 60 oz., and now you get a choice of four different meal options and a dessert every week.
What a convenient and easy way to have a change from cold sandwiches.
MENUS CHANGE WEEKLY! You get a new selection of meals offered every week. Menus will be posted 7 - 10 days prior to pick-up, so check back often to see what’s coming up!
PLEASE NOTE:
Meals are prepared on Mondays, therefore any orders that are picked up or delivered after Tuesday will be frozen. This is to ensure proper safe food handling so your meals maintain their quality and taste.

There is a $10 charge for delivery, only available within Red Deer.
Deadline to order: 2:00 pm Friday before pick-up week
(For example: April 5, 2 pm is the deadline to order meals from the April 8 - 12 menu.)
Pick-up or delivery available Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm.
