Meg Tucker is back in Kitchen 49 with Chef Maia and our dream team is cooking up a storm for participants in Red Deer County’s Farmer’s Harvest class.
Featuring ingredients from local producers, Meg and Maia will be demonstrating the easiest and best ways to carve your Thanksgiving turkey, and show how to make a Crisp Brown Butter Sage to add that chef’s kiss to your holiday meal. During the hands-on portion of the class, participants get to prepare their own Pumpkin Gnocchi to take home and serve up for the family.
