So after you’re done sunbathing and getting a nice swim, you have the choice of a delicious cold treat or some delicious smoked meat! VEGETARIAN CLASS. In this Thai themed class, you will prep, build, and assemble a Thai Peanut Veggie Stir Fry complete with fresh vegetables, a delicious peanut sauce, and a meal that will feed 4-6 people.

Make peppers stuffed with Greek orzo and an assortment of vegetables. You will learn the secret to the perfect orzo and how to cut vegetables like a chef.
